Grade A Civil Pty Ltd provides civil construction services including earthworks, road construction, drainage infrastructure, concrete and foundations, site preparation, and utilities installation. All services are provided with reasonable care and skill and in accordance with applicable Australian Standards and Main Roads WA specifications where applicable. Any implied conditions or warranties under the ACL are excluded to the extent permitted by law.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Grade A Civil Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of this website or the services provided. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the relevant service.
